1 Definitions & General Terms

The meanings of certain key terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows:

• "99dat" or "Platform" refers to the 99dat.bar website, all its sub-pages, and associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered on the Platform and is using its services.
• "Account" refers to each user's personal registered profile.
• "Bet" refers to participation in any game, slot, sports betting, or casino activity.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive funds or benefits provided by 99dat.

99dat reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register on the Platform and enjoy its services, users must meet the following requirements:

• You may create only one account in your own name; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

In the event of false information or a breach of terms, 99dat reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account.

3 Financial Transactions & Payments

3.1 Deposits

The following methods can be used to deposit funds into your 99dat account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Deposited funds will become active in the account after processing.
• Deposits using third-party accounts or cards are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawals

The same methods used for deposits must be used to withdraw winnings.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.

• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted at the same time, but each will be processed separately.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced.
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent bonus terms is strictly prohibited.

4.3 VIP Program

Members can advance to VIP tiers through regular play. There are four tiers — each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

The detailed terms for cashback benefits and tier changes are determined by 99dat and are subject to change.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to placing bets on 99dat:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless 99dat cancels it due to a technical error.
• Bets placed by exploiting clearly incorrect odds or system errors will be considered void.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.
• 99dat may initiate an investigation into suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

5.2 Sports Betting

99dat offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Markets may be available before a match starts or while it is in progress.

• If a match is abandoned or left undecided, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In-play (live) betting markets may close at any time.
• Results will be settled based on the official result announcement.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot machines operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. 99dat is committed to fair play.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other cybercriminal activity.
• Registering under a false identity or providing fraudulent information.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

99dat may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• The need for a security investigation.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).
• Self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming measures.
• Extended period of inactivity.

Before an account is closed, arrangements will be made to return any legitimate remaining funds, though this may not apply in cases of terms violations.
